Update - The storage arrays finished restarting which gave us back control over the entire fleet.
We are starting a health check of the different services to ensure that everything restarted properly.

At this stage, all Dual Datacenter services have been fully restored. Operations are still ongoing for Mono Datacenter services.

Identified - Operations are still ongoing on our hosting provider’s side;

We inform you that the restoration of electrical power and the restoration to service of the affected equipment are still underway.

Investigating - Our hosting provider reported an incident in one of its datacenters. The incident appears to be related to an electrical issue that caused overheating in the server rooms.

This has resulted in instability, with possible partial or complete unavailability of certain services.
